Austin’s Report
Posted on May 9th, 2007 at 12:38 pm by raycy and

Jim ThorpeBy Austin Crittenden           Jim Thorpe was believed to have been born on May 28, 1988 in
Indian Territory, near
Prague, Oklahoma. There is no birth certificate. He died of a heart attack when he was 65 years old in his trailer in
Lomita, California on March 28, 1953.
Jim was a famous athlete, football player, baseball player, basketball player and Olympian from
Oklahoma. He played football for Sac and Fox Indians. He lived on an Indian Reservation Tribe.
Jim had two brothers that he did not like. One brother bet him all the time at foot racing. But eventually Jim would beat his brother at racing.          I chose Jim Thorpe because he is famous and I like him. My mom and grandma have a lot of knowledge  on  JimThorpe. My source is: Jim Thorpe, Wikipedia, the free encylcopedia.
